The Aaronsburg Inn & Spa - Aaronsburg, Pennsylvania The Aaronsburg Inn & Spa is located on The Purple Heart Highway (Route 45) in the National Historic District of Aaronsburg, convenient to the Penn State campus and the University's sporting and cultural events. The Centre County region offers every attraction imaginable, from excellent trout fishing to America's only water cavern.

Built in the Federal style (circa 1802), this State College, PA area bed and breakfast is tucked away in the sleepy village of Aaronsburg, and serves a discerning clientele. Those who stay with us prefer their retreat from the everyday world to be understated, casual and, above all, private.

Each room enjoys its own private bath elegantly appointed with fluffy English towels and hand-made soaps and lotions created by local artists. European down feather beds indicate exquisite detail and service, which is our trademark and ultimate concern. Each room is individually decorated and furnished with fine, museum quality antiques.

There are six guest rooms, two of them adjoining to form a spacious suite. From the period wallpaper to the furnishings and bedding, no effort has been spared to bring you a return to finer things and a more gentle approach to living. Luxury details include cherry canopy beds and the finest European style bedding. Each room comfortably sleeps two; a third person may be accommodated in our suite. Today we have eight fireplaces - in four of our rooms, guests may enjoy the cheerful play of firelight.

Amenities:
  • Breakfasts are as elegant as they are memorable, featuring a seasonal selection of the best local produce. Both Continental and full American breakfasts are available.
  • Our pool offers a beautifully landscaped spot for lazing in the sun.
  • For the business traveler: wireless Internet, fax and copying service, television and DVD players provide the conveniences contemporary visitors have come to expect.

Policies:
  • Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Check in after 3pm. Checkout before 11am.
  • We are a non-smoking Inn. Smoking is only allowed on the back terraces and in our gazebo.
