Zen Garden Bed and Breakfast

• Prices are for double occupancy and include breakfast.
• The full amount, payable at the time of reservation, accompanied by a signed reservation form, is required to confirm the reservation.
• Reservations cannot be made by a third party. Accommodation can be provided only for the people whose names appear on the reservation form.
• Payment is made by check or cash payable upon arrival for last minute reservations. We do not accept credit cards or gift certificates.
• Cancellations:
  • Reservations can be refunded fully, less a twenty-five dollar cancellation fee, if cancelled up to twenty one days before the date of arrival.
  • After twenty one days before the date of arrival, reservations can be refunded, less the $25 cancellation fee, only if we are able to rebook the rooms. We will make every effort to do so.
• Check in time is between four and six P.M. Late arrivals may be arranged. Check out time is 11 A.M.
• We do not provide or permit the use of a microwave oven.
• No cooking or food preparation on the premises.
• We are a strictly non smoking facility, both inside and outside the house.
• We do not accommodate children or pets at Zen Garden.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
