Introduction

The great outdoors finally comes with an equally great indoors.

WildSpring Guest Habitat is a small eco-friendly resort overlooking Oregon's south coast in Port Orford, 60 miles north of California. Here, you can enjoy spectacular natural beauty while surrounded by comfortable luxury. Like something you'd find in Big Sur, it feels more like a private estate than a hotel.

Luxury Cabin Luxury Cabin

On five acres of secluded Native American grounds, WildSpring features five luxury cabin suites filled with art and antiques, set within a quiet and secluded residential forest of 100-ft trees. Built like small homes, they have radiant-heated wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and are so quiet, the only thing you're likely to hear at night is an owl, or deer munching outside your window in the morning. The bathrooms are works of art, with oversized walk-in slate showers, walnut parsons tables, vessel sinks, brushed nickel fixtures, extra-plush towels and probably the most satisfying showerhead you've ever experienced. Fully equipped with spa robes, TV/VCR, DVD player, even candles, wine glasses, personal reading lights and your own refrigerator.

WildSpring has a beautiful open-air slate spa overlooking the ocean, where it's a treat to immerse yourself in steamy water and watch the boats in the day or the stars at night. It also has a very comfortable Guest Hall with floor-to-ceiling windows where guests can relax, hang out, enjoy the ocean in any kind of weather and whale-watch all year round. The fresh & healthy extended continental breakfast buffet is served here each morning. Help yourself to beverages, fruit, popcorn and chocolate(!) at any time. And enjoy the lounging deck, port lookout (where you can see our dolly dock in action) and sculpture garden - all overlooking the ocean. Walking labyrinth, private alcoves and hammocks. In cabin massages are available. Plus activities on request, such as morning Tai Chi, drumming/Native American flute circles, guided meditation sessions. A Warm Welcome Awaits You

We accept children 13 years or older (we make exceptions for very mature children a few years younger), and have a wheelchair-friendly cabin as well. We are also perfect for small groups such as weddings, family reunions and retreats.

Guest Hall View WildSpring is a comfortable half-mile walk (from the entrance only...the ocean-view side is up on a bluff) from the beach, restaurants and art galleries. Port Orford is a small, friendly seaside town that feels a lot like Big Sur 20 years ago. It has seven art galleries owned and operated by working artists and a range of recreational activities in the area, such as world-class golf (Bandon Dunes), jet boats, beach horseback rides, fishing, wind surfing, and miles of beautiful beaches where you can hunt for agates and driftwood. Plus spectacular hikes - from easy to advanced. Enjoy the south coast's wild, natural beauty without having to fight your way through a crush of traffic and tourists. And be sure to visit Cape Blanco, the most westerly point in the 48 states and feel the raw power of our famous winds.

Only a few years old, WildSpring is a Select Registry Inn, has great reviews in travel guides, newspapers and national magazines, a birding site on the Oregon Coast Birding Trail and certified wild animal habitat by The Wildlife Federation. Best Places of the Northwest gave it their highest rating and Editor's Choice, and it was recently recommended by the New York Times. Take A Walk Through The Tranquil Forest
