Rose River Inn Bed and Breakfast - Astoria, Oregon The "elegance of a bygone era" is yours to enjoy while staying at the Rose River Inn Bed and Breakfast in historic Astoria, Oregon. Relax by the fireplace in this 1912 Craftman style home which is filled with country style antiques and is located in a National Historical District. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in one of the five guest rooms, all beautifully furnished with antiques and art. In the River Suite, you can even experience an authentic Finlandia sauna.

In the morning, wake to a gourmet breakfast including fresh fruit, a main dish and dessert, which is served each morning at 9 am, in the exquisite dining room overlooking the Columbia River. Please let us know of any allergies or special needs. Breakfast is for guests only, unless prior arrangements have been made, with an additional fee of $15 per person. An early coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies is available from 8 to 9 a.m.

A short walk will take you to historic sites such as the Columbia River Maritime Museum, the Heritage Museum and the Flavel House Museum. Also within walking distance are the galleries, quaint shops, restaurants, and a trolley ride on Astoria's scenic waterfront. Other activities nearby are golfing, fishing, clamming, hiking, bike riding and swimming at our Astoria Aquatic Center. Also you can enjoy our Sunday Market which runs from Mother's Day until October. Or if you prefer, simply relax and read a book on our front porch or back deck with a view of the river. Or you can enjoy a movie from the collection of films provided by your host.
