A light, airy room on the first (main) floor with a Queen bed and large windows. Lake and garden views. Private hall bath is adjacent.

• Rate is $90 per night. All rates are for double occupancy and include all applicable lodging taxes and a full country breakfast.
• We are a pet-friendly establishment. Well-behaved pets (updated shots, please) are welcome and are allowed access to most areas of the house excluding the kitchen and dining areas.
• We are a small bed and breakfast, so reservations are required in order to ensure that we can fully accommodate your stay. We recommend you book your reservation as early as possible. Please feel free to leave your name and phone number or email address in case of cancellation.
• To make a reservation, please reserve by personal check or money order in the amount of $45; this will serve as your deposit and the balance will be payable upon your arrival.
• Sorry, but no credit card charges are possible at this time.
• You may cancel with a full refund of your deposit up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior will be charged the full amount of the deposit.
• We regret we cannot provide complete refunds for last-minute cancellations.
• Rates are subject to change.
• If you have special dietary needs we will provide assistance.
• Guests are welcome to use the kitchen if you plan to bring your own food.
• The outside patio is available for barbeques.
• Also let us know if you have any food allergies.
• License laws allow us to serve you breakfast only.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
