Backyard Habitat and Green Inn
Our gardens have been recognized by the National Wildlife Federation as a Backyard Habitat, providing shelter, food, water, and nesting for a variety of birds. We pride ourselves in serving only the freshest, locally grown fruits and vegetables, organic whenever possible. Our cleaning products are all earht friendly, never using harsh detergents, bleaches, and perfumed cleansers. We compost all food scrapes and recycle. We allow our guests the option of washing linens and towels every other day and never use disposable cutlery, plates or napkins. Antipasto Platter
We can prepare a platter of fresh fruit, cheese, cold meats, bread and crackers. Perhaps a bottle of wine or cider from our gift shop will be enough to satisfy. Add $25 plus the cost of your choice of beverage to room rate.
Business Retreat Package
The Old Parkdale Inn can be the ideal location for your small business meeting or social retreat. Our table can seat up to eight with plenty of room to spread out. Wireless internet access is available throughout the inn and gardens. Our gardens or the nearby lakes, trails, and forests provide the ideal environment for group leisure activites or individual meditation and reflection. A full breakfast is included each morning plus a snack bar stocked with beverages, coffee, cookies and candies. An afternoon snack platter and an evening dessert is also provided.

Cheese Fondue
Enjoy a 3 cheese fondue (Emmental, Gruyere, and Swiss) accompanied by fresh baked breads from Panzanella's Artisan Bakery and Hood River Valley apples and pears for dipping. This light meal for two can be served in our dining room, your room or by the fire in the garden. Choose a bottle of wine from our gift shop. Add $25 plus the cost of your choice of wine to room rate.
