• Additional person: $15.
• We accept checks and all major credit cards.
• All rates are subject to an 8% Lodging Tax.
• Check-in: 3 pm
• Check-out: 12 noon
• Cancellation fees: at least 7 days prior to arrival: no penalty;
  • less than 7 days: a fee of $10 per cancelled room-night will be assessed;
  • less than 72 hours (3 days): Full nightly room rate will be charged unless room can be filled.
• Large room blocks (more than five room-nights) require a deposit of one-half the total reservation due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Two-night minimum stay required on summer weekends (July, Aug, Sept).
• Well-behaved children 10 years and older are welcome. Younger Children may be permitted in some situations.
• Pets are not allowed in rooms.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
