The Oak Hill Bed and Breakfast is in a 1910 farmhouse located just two minutes south of the Ashland plaza and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It's location provides the comfort and quiet of country but is convenient to the theatres and all of the fine restaurants and shops that Ashland has to offer.

Add $10 for a one night reservation. Add $45 for a third person in the Lily, Fern or Iris.

Policies:

A deposit of one night is required for each room.
A deposit per room of 50% of total stay is required for stays of three days or more.
Group reservations of four rooms or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due forty-five days prior to arrival.
There is a $25 per room cancellation fee.
Notice of cancellation given thirty (30) days or less prior to date of arrival will require payment of all reserved dates if rooms can not be re-booked.
Group reservations of 4 rooms or more for which final payment has been made are eligible for a cancellation refund only for the rooms we are able to rebook, but not to exceed 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
A shortened stay will be treated as a cancellation.
Children over 12 are welcome.
No pets.
Smoking is not allowed in the Inn.
Check-in: 3 to 6 PM; Check-out: 11 AM.
We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
