Oak Hill Bed & Breakfast

• Two night minimum stay on weekends June through mid-October.
• Occasionally, exceptions can be made. Please call.
• A minimum deposit of 1 night is required for each room.
• A deposit per room of 50% of total stay is required for stays of 2 days or more.
• Payment in full is required for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
• Notice of cancellation given 30 days or less prior to date of arrival will require payment of all reserved dates if rooms cannot be re-booked.
• A shortened stay will be treated as a cancellation.
• There is a $25 per room cancellation fee.
• Group reservations of 4 rooms or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
• Group reservations of 4 rooms or more for which final payment has been made are eligible for a cancellation refund only for the rooms we are able to rebook but not to exceed 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
• Children over 12 are welcome.
• We are unable to accommodate pets.
• Smoking is not allowed in the Inn.
• Check-in is 3:00 to 6:00 PM
• Check-out is 11:00 AM
