Overlooking Drake Park and the Deschutes River, the Lara House is only two blocks away from Downtown Bend's wonderful boutique shops and fantastic restaurants.

Rates & Policies

  • Call for our amazing seasonal rates!
  • Room rates are per night per room.
  • Maximum of two adults per room.
  • Reservations must be secured by a valid major credit card.
  • For two nights or less, the deposit is the amount of the first night's stay, including tax.
  • For three nights or more, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation, including tax, is required.
  • All remaining balances are due in full at the time of check-in.
  • Cancellations or changes made to a reservation within fourteen days of the arrival date are subject to a $25 administration fee.
  • If your reservation is canceled within fourteen days of your arrival, you will be responsible for the entire amount of your stay unless we are able to re-book your reservation. This also applies to a shortened stay.
  • Check-in: 4 - 6 p.m. If you require an alternative time, please contact the Innkeeper.
  • Check-out: 11 on the day of your departure.
  • No pets.
  • 100% Smoke Free Environment.
