Introduction
Harrison House is located just three blocks from the Oregon State University campus at the corner of Harrison Boulevard and 23rd Street. The Dutch-Colonial style house was constructed in 1939. It was designed, built and occupied for 50 years by the Allison family. Dr. Allison was a professor of geology at OSU from 1928 until his retirement in 1965, and during the latter part of his tenure, he served as Department Chairman.
Harrison House features many custom designed built-ins. The guest rooms are large and comfortable, elegantly decorated and furnished with tasteful, family antiques. As part of your stay you will be served a memorable breakfast and in the afternoon, enjoy complementary local Oregon wine, micro brew beer, soft drinks and snacks in our sunroom.
We are three blocks from the OSU campus or one half mile from downtown. We are within minutes of the scenic Oregon wine country, about an hour from the spectacular Oregon Coast and an hour and a half from the uncrowded Oregon ski slopes.
Our rates range from: $90-$170
