Depoe Bay is located on the coast in the middle of the state of Oregon. If you want the best in accomodations, check out the Depoe Bay bed and breakfast. This is one of the best B&Bs in town. Depoe Bay is the whale watching capital of Oregon, and ten months out of the year (from April through October) small boats can leave the world's smallest harbor to view a pod of grey whales. Depoe Bay is the worlds smallest fishing harbor, boasting exceptional cod, rockfish, Chinook and Coho Salmon, Halibut, Albacore Tuna and Dungeness crab during the seasons.
