Amenities, Rates and Policies: 2006 Our guest rooms all feature private baths, a combination of twin, double, queen or king sized beds, plenty of fresh air and incomparable views. This is a no-smoking lodge both inside and on the grounds, with the exception of a defined smoking area set aside on our wrap-around porch. Room Rates Our rooms are named after checkpoints in the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. We are open yearround and have both a summer and winter season. Summer Season is Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. Rates are for double occupancy; additional adults in the same room are $20/night, children 4-16 are $15/night, 3 years and under stay free. A full breakfast is included for each night of stay during our Summer Season; to go lunches available upon request. Winter Season is beginning of October until Memorial Day; during our Winter Season we provide full access to our commercial kitchen in lieu of meal service. Never an extra charge for pets! A 2 night minimum is requested during our Summer Season and required during holiday periods. Special packages are available for groups, seminars, events and lodge exclusives - please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your needs.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy We are a small country lodge and thus require reservations in order to ensure we have food and staff on hand to fully accommodate your stay. Please note that many reservations are made 6-12 months in advance, so we recommend you book as early as possible to fully accommodate your stay. Reservations must be secured by credit card or personal check in the amount of a deposit of half your total stay or one nights' lodging, whichever is greater. The remaining balance will be billed upon your arrival. Cancellations may be made up to 14 days in advance with full refund minus a service charge of 10% of the deposit. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to your arrival will be charged half the amount of the deposit. Same day of arrival cancellations will forfeit the entire deposit. Crystalwood Lodge is the perfect getaway from the demands of the outside world.....however, we understand the real world sometimes intrudes. We regret we cannot provide refunds for last minute cancellations. Pet Policy Pets are welcome throughout the Lodge and grounds except the dining room and kitchen areas. Pet owners are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival and assume all responsibility for the behavior and actions of their pets. Owners need to pick up after their pets and supplies and receptacles are provided for your use. Pets are welcome off-leash provided they do not harass wildlife or other guests. No aggression of any kind will be tolerated; any pet showing aggression toward people or animals will need to be removed/crated or will be asked to leave without refund. All our guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest and we pride ourselves on having no "doggie smell" or other reminders of prior or current four-legged guests. Please....no fleas! Your pets need to be flea free upon arrival; if not we have topical flea and tick solutions that will be required. For your own pet's protection, please ensure they are current on all vaccinations. Doggie daycare is available by prior arrangement.
