Cooking Classes
At Clementine?s we love to eat and we love to cook! Our cooking classes are fun and user freindly with the right balance of classic simple techniques that keeps the level of challenge fun and interesting. Seasonal menus are planned choosing from the freshest ingredients of the Northwest and incorporate our passion with food into elegant setting and artful presentation. You will enjoy great meals and wonderful wine tastings.

Schedule a Class : We will accept a cooking class reservation with a room reservation for a week day or weekend for groups of 4 to 8 people. Classes are normally scheduled for March through June and September through December, but call to inquire about other times.

Cooking Class Policies: Classes at Clementine?s are packaged over 1 or 2 night minimum stays and can include 1 or 2 cooking classes during that period. They will include full meals or at least ample tastes and samples of all food prepared, written recipes and tasting of wines selected to complement the menu.

CLASS SCHEDULE -- Please call to set a personal date for your class. A minimum of 4, maximum of 8 people are required for each class. A minimum stay of one night during the week, or two nights on the weekend (which would include free hor d'oeurves and wine tasting upon check in).

Gift Certificates
We do a lovely presentation Gift Certificate which can include 1 or more nights accommodations and can include a cooking class if you'd like. This is a totally customized gift.

Enhance Your Stay
Enhance Your Stay with in-room indulgences such as a beautifully presented tray or basket of hand dipped homemade truffles or cookies, a lovely arrangement of favorite color of roses, and excellent chilled bottle of French or domestic champagne or wine. Let us make the arrangements for a fabulous visit to the Columbia River Day Spa. We can arrange for the perfect, custom surprise. Challenge us!

Dinner Credit and Tickets to River Theater
Depending on the weekend and what is scheduled we will combine tickets to live theater or a movie and dinner credit at one of our preferred dining choices during our winter season.

Venture Outdoors
6 Days 5 Nights NW Oregon multi-sport adventure will focus on Astoria, the oldest American town west of the Mississippi and farthest Western destination of the Lewis and Clark Corps of Discovery Expedition. Each night will be spent at Clementine's, every morning wake up to the warm hospitality of one of the deliciously prepared breakfasts. Great lunches are provided for the daily trips, and the evening meals will be hosted by the best select restaurants of the area. Our travels will take us through ancient and old growth Cedar and Sitka Spruce forests, to protected islands harboring rarely seen wildlife, along backcountry roads to gorgeous waterfalls, and to pristine ocean beaches with spectacular views. You are welcome to come early and stay late at Clementine's!
