Introduction
The Carlton Inn is a four bedroom Bed and Breakfast located in the quaint town of Carlton, Oregon, the Willamette Valley's brightest and most vibrant wine community. We offer a welcoming environment where you can walk to many wineries, relax on our shaded back porch and enjoy the comforts that the Inn has to offer.

When staying at The Carlton Inn, wake up to the enticing aromas of freshly brewed Stumptown Coffee and aromatic baked goods such as date and pecan scones or orange muffins. Your gourmet breakfast continues with seasonal fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and homemade granola, and a hot main course, which may feature omelettes, frittatas, baked oatmeal or southern-style cheesy grits.

We use organic and local products as much as possible, some of which comes from our own garden. We also have high-speed Internet with free WiFi and phone in the common area for our guests.

We have four guest rooms, one on the main level and three upstairs. All of our rooms have private baths. On the main level, The Garden room features a private bathroom with Jacuzzi style bath and a sitting area with a table. $165 per night. Upstairs we have three rooms. Our newest room (the Yamhill-Carlton room) is a small suite, with a small sitting room, (suitable for an additional guest if desired) with access to the private bath through the sitting room or the hallway. $175 per night, double occupancy. We also have the Dundee Hills room, which has a sleigh bed. $150 per night. The third room upstairs is the Eola Hills room, and has a private bath across the hallway. $125 per night.

Policies
  • Our rates range from $125 to $175 and are subject to change.
  • Reservations require a deposit of one night and tax.
  • Cancellations affect us greatly in that we are a small Inn. If it is necessary to cancel, we require a 14 day notice prior to your scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is within 14 days, one night's room charge per room reserved will be applicable.
  • Please note that we have a 45 day cancellation policy Memorial Day weekend, June 5-8, June 21-24, July 25-27 weekend (IPNC), August 1-3 and Thanksgiving weekend.
  • Special Event weekends may have additional stay requirements.
  • Check in time is 3-5 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m.
  • Weekends are subject to a two night minimum stay requirement between June 1st and November 30th.
  • Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
  • The Inn and grounds are non-smoking.
  • We do not allow pets, as we have one Brittany Spaniel, which is well-behaved and is not allowed in the guest rooms.
  • Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7am. We ask that you observe this as a courtesy to other guests.
