Ashland's Tudor House Bed and Breakfast

Our house offers five private and quiet rooms with queen or twin beds, bathrooms en suite, and are decorated with handmade quilts and original watercolors. We hope our home will prove a warm and relaxing vacation experience.

Relax in the lush flower gardens, on the deck, in the reading room, or play the piano in the living room. Business travelers can use the 802.11b wireless network available in the house, or borrow the computer in the reading room, which has Internet access, to surf the web, or check e-mail. We are about 1/2 mile from downtown Ashland, 3/4 mile from OSF, and it is a nice level walk, which takes about 15 minutes depending on walking speed.

Ashland is nestled in the Rogue Valley, surrounded by mountains, rivers, shopping, music and theater opportunities. There is something for everyone in this charming Oregon town. If you are in need of more information on the tremendous range of activities Southern Oregon has to offer, please let us know.

Breakfast For breakfast, a fruit dish, a main course, and some kind of bread, such as toast, muffins or coffee cake is always served. Meat is always on the side for the vegetarians among us. Some of the entree's that guests seem to like are Eggs Pacifica (eggs Benedict, with smoked salmon instead of ham), Puffed Pear Pancakes, and Dutch Babies with fresh local fruit. Dietary restrictions are considered when setting the menu.

Rates and Policies

Rates (Double occupancy*):
- Nov - Feb: $89 - $115
- Mid Feb - May: $99 - $115
- High Season (June 6-Oct 12): $115 - $155
*For additional person add $30.
Minimum stay two nights weekends during high season, and holidays.
One night's stay, or 25% required to hold the room.
Full stay will be charged unless 30 days notice is given, or the room can be re-booked.
Otherwise, deposit will be refunded, less $15 cancellation fee.
Rates subject to 7% Ashland room tax.
Children old and mature enough to attend OSF are welcome. For other children, please contact innkeeper.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Normal check-in time is 3 to 6 p.m. unless other arrangements are made. Please check out by 11 a.m.
No smoking please.
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
