Policies

All rooms are priced for double occupancy.
Usually there is a one night deposit required to confirm your reservation.
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. The balance is due upon arrival.
We require a two night minimum stay on weekends (involves Friday and/or Saturday).
Special events in Cannon Beach and Seaside, i.e. Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day require a 3 night minimum stay unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Arch Cape House is a smoke free establishment. Smoking is allowed outdoors on the perimeter of the grounds.
Children are allowed when 12+ years or older.
Cancellations: We have a 7 day cancellation policy, or 14 days for holidays or group reservations.
- Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $35 service fee) if at least 7 days (14 days of stays 3 nights or greater) notice is given.
- For cancellations with less than 7 days notice (or less than 14 days for 3 nights or greater) the canceling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented.
