10th Avenue Inn Bed & Breakfast - Seaside, Oregon Light cascades into this 1908 home, once belonging to a circuit court judge. Panoramic windows provide views of the ocean, Seaside's famous Promenade, beach homes and the coast mountain range. Casual elegance greets you in the parlor, complete with breathtaking views, cozy fireplace and a baby grand piano. Join us for evening refreshments, lively conversation, and a magnificent ocean sunset. The morning brings breakfasts described as a feast for the eye as well as the palate.

Enjoy Seaside's famous Promenade for an early morning walk or a breathtaking sunset. A short walk to shopping and restaurants. Fill your day with short trips to view the mighty Columbia River from the Astoria Column, visit history at Lewis and Clark's Fort Clatsop, historic Fort Stevens and the shipwreck of the Peter Iredale. Picnic and feed the seagulls while viewing Haystack Rock at Ecola State Park, or go for 18 holes at one of our area's many beautiful ocean-view golf courses.

We have cable TV and a growing library of movies to watch, or you can simply stroll out the front door the few steps to the beach. For guests with connection questions, we have Ethernet and Wireless DSL access, as well as a fax machine and photocopier available.

Policies
  • Check-out time is 11am.
  • We accept US dollars, all major credit cards and traveler's checks for payment against your stay with us.
  • Any applicable lodging taxes will be added to your room charge.
  • All three of our exquisite guest rooms have king-sized beds, spotless attached baths, TV/VCRs and small refrigerators.
  • Price Range: $109 to $169 plus applicable Room Tax.
  • Cancellation policy: Varies seasonally. Please check with us as you make your reservation.
  • Sorry, we are unable to accommodate smokers, children under age 12, or pets in our home.
  • We suggest the cozy Doll House vacation rental next door as the best place for families to stay.
