Little Lake Inn Bed & Breakfast is a deceivingly large, renovated, one-story century home that has received the 'Three Diamond Award' for the last four years. This award establishes our accommodations as having a strict, higher standard as set out by the AAA/CAA Association. Our rooms feature full ensuite bathrooms, fireplaces, whirlpool tubs for two, sofas, TV/VCR's, CD players, fridge and walk-outs to the verandahs. They have also been personally decorated to reflect country charm and modern conveniences. Guests have full use of the guest lounge, plus covered deck overlooking the garden, park and lake. For business travelers we have Wireless high-speed Internet Service, fax, telephone, copier and printer. |

 Rose Room |
In the morning we have a healthy, interesting breakfast for you to enjoy. We believe that a good breakfast is a great way to start the day, and we've had lots of compliments about ours! We start with orange juice and fresh fruit, usually followed by another fruit dish, which could be baked (and topped with whipped cream or yogurt) sautéed or even mildly curried. Then you may have Duff, Slump or Betty, or Apple & Molasses pancakes, or Orange Waffles, Baked Eggs, Zippy Strata, Crustless Quiche etc. Our breakfasts are never dull, and there is plenty of it! We also have 12-grain whole wheat bread, muffins and a variety of cereals. Enjoy a bottomless cup of fresh coffee, or hot chocolate or choose from a selection of fine teas, including a large selection of herbal teas. If you arrive thirsty, help yourself. We have a 24-hour self-help beverage center, so you can help yourself at any time to coffee, herbal and regular teas, hot chocolate, and cookies. Guests can also help themselves to filtered water at the cooler, ice from the kitchen fridge dispenser and soft drinks in the small fridge in the dining room. |

| Rose Suite | This is our largest 'Honeymoon' or 'Anniversary' suite. It has a queen bed, two-person whirlpool tub, separate shower, separate living room with a loveseat, (which pulls out to a single bed for an extra person), gas fireplace, fridge, 37" LCD widescreen TV/VCR/DVD, plus a 20" CRT TV to watch in bed. We have a good selection of movies, stereo and CDs. With your own separate and private entrance you can come and go as you please. You also have your own outdoor sitting area with a table and wicker chairs. | $169 |
| Yellow Room | This is our very popular 'century room', bright and sunny, with original trim, hardwood floors and picture windows overlooking the garden, park and lake. It's equipped with a two-person Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, separate shower, gas fireplace, queen bed, plus double pull-out sofa bed, fridge, 32" LCD widescreen TV/VCR/DVD, movies, stereo CD player, table and chairs. The Yellow room also has a separate private entrance from the verandah, with its own table, chairs and umbrella. | $159 |
| Green Room | Once described as our 'hideaway' room, decorated in cream and green with a tiled floor, two-person Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, separate shower, gas fireplace, Queen bed, loveseat, ensuite bathroom, fridge, 32" LCD widescreen TV/VCR/DVD, movies, and stereo. The Green room also has a separate entrance from the side verandah with an outdoor private sitting area with table and chairs. | $139 |

Our Bed & Breakfast offers the convenience of being able to walk downtown to the murals, shops, restaurants and boat cruises at the town docks, but be "at the cottage" at the same time. Midland has a busy, thriving downtown shopping area. It has retained its old-town feel; many of the shops have their original wooden squeaky floors and tin ceilings. There are many unique gift shops, from Antique to Country to Nautical and Exclusive ladieswear shops. History on the Walls - take the mural tour and enjoy over 30 historic murals that depict the people and events that shaped the community, including the largest historic outdoor mural in North America, located across the harbor at downtown Midland. A note about local restaurants - for a small town on Georgian Bay, we are very fortunate to have a number of excellent restaurants with trained chefs waiting for you. A great variety of food is available, from fine dining, a world famous fish restaurant, to steak and seafood houses. |
