Bed & Breakfast Inns ONLINE The website that you are viewing of the Federation of Ontario Bed & Breakfast Accommodation (FOBBA) is provided by Bed & Breakfast Inns ONLINE (BBOnline). BBOnline supports state/province innkeeper associations. FOBBA is one of 33 state/province innkeeper associations on BBOnline (for a complete list please click here).

The FOBBA BBOnline site was launched on January 12, 2006 and is prominently positioned at the top of BBOnline's Ontario province directory page: www.bbonline.com/on/. The FOBBA BBOnline site includes an introduction page and 7 regional pages where the member inns are referenced:

Every FOBBA member receives a free state innkeeper association page on BBOnline if they are not a current BBOnline member. The free association page includes:
  • name of inn
  • location of inn
  • "tagline" - short description of inn (up to 124 characters in length)
  • description field (couple of paragraphs)
  • Contact info, including:
    • physical address
    • mailing address, if different
    • phone numbers
    • email address
    • innkeeper names

Viewers can also find your free association page by using BBOnline's city navigation system. Starting at the Ontario province directory page: ( www.bbonline.com/on/ ) viewers can click on cities to view:

    B&Bs located in that city

When you need to have your free association page updated with new information please email changes to associations@bbonline.com
Display Packages

If at anytime you would like to upgrade your free association page to one of our four Marketing Levels (color pictures, additional information, special packages, a link to your web-site, and cooking recipes) we would be more than happy to do this. FOBBA members receive a 10% discount on their first year on BBOnline.

Top 10 Reasons to Upgrade to a Display Package

  1. Add picture(s) of your B&B.
  2. Include a more in-depth description of your B&B (from 300 to 1500 words).
  3. Include a link from your BBOnline pages to your website.
  4. Improve your position on BBOnline's city navigation pages (B&Bs are ordered by their BBOnline Marketing Level).
  5. Be included on town/city pages that your B&B is "nearby" (approx. 20 miles or less) at no extra charge.
  6. Post Special Packages that will become part of the Ontario Specials Navigation system.
  7. Be included on the Ontario "B&B Locator Maps" system.
  8. "Email this page to a Friend" functionality added to make it easier for people to plan a stay at your Inn.
  9. Include a link to the online availability/booking system: Webervations
  10. Where appropriate, be included on the Ontario Special Category Directories:

  11. Add your favorite Cooking Recipes to BBOnline's popular Innkeeper Tested and Guest Approved Recipes online cookbook.
  12. Gain access to the Innkeeper Update System where you can:
    • change your "Tagline"

    • add/modify/remove Special Packages
    • add a Reservation Request Form
  13. List other associations that you belong to: PAII, Select Registry, local B&B association, local Chamber of Commerce
