Bellhaven Bed and Breakfast, set among whispering pines, this lovely Muskoka home offers a panoramic view of Lake Muskoka from its extensive deck and great room. An additional guest sitting room with fireplace overlooks flowering terraced gardens and the lake. A hearty, healthy home cooked breakfast is served in the morning room. Special care is taken to ensure that all facilities are clean and comfortable. The little extras will make your stay at Bellhaven a memorable one. Private docking facilities are also available.
Bellhaven Bed and Breakfast is a year-round Muskoka retreat. Summer, the most popular season, offers swimming, boating, theater, exploring nature trails or simply relaxing. Celebrate the fall season by enjoying nature's colors, walking through the rustling leaves, participating in the Muskoka Artisan's Fall Tour or delight in the Bala Cranberry Festival. In winter, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and snowmobiling are available in our area. Spring brings beautiful displays of wildflowers, fishing derbies, air shows and cottage shows.

Bellhaven has two guest rooms, the Garden Room and the Forest Room.
The Garden Room has a king size bed OR twin beds with matching duvets and its own private four piece bath. Adjacent to the Garden Room is the sitting room overlooking the patio, terraces, and lake. $150 to $160
The Forest Room, an ensuite, looks into a pine and oak woods and features a queen bed with antique dresser and mirror, fine art, hand made quilts and quality linens. It also includes full use of the sitting room overlooking the lake. $150 to $160

Area Attractions
Located in the Heart of Muskoka, approximately 2 hours north of Toronto. There are many opportunities for activities in Muskoka. Bellhaven's central location allows for convenient access to world class area golf courses, boutiques, theater, museums and artist's studios. You could enjoy an outing on the historic steamship Segwun. For those more adventurous a water-ski center is nearby. Or just relax on our deck or covered patio and maybe go for a swim in pristine Lake Muskoka. Docking facilities are available and can accommodate boats up to 25'. During the winter you may want to indulge in some non-motorized winter activities such as snowshoeing and x-country skiing.

Highway 400 north to Muskoka Road 38, turn right to Bala.
North from Bala on Highway 169 to Acton Island Road (4.2 km).
Turn right and follow Acton Island Road over the bridge to Danbell Road (4.2 km)
