Two appointed guest rooms feature unique period and antique furnishings. A private bathroom with an air Hydro-Thermo-Massage bathtub is located across the hall from the blue bedroom. Guests will find a sunken air hot tub in the basement spa. Bathing suits must be worn in the spa.

Arbour View Bed and Breakfast has central air conditioning for our guests' summer comfort and a cozy guest lounge with fireplace to ward off winters' chill. We are open year round and are located just 15 minutes from Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula.
