Welcome to 312 Seaton, a detached Victorian home on a quiet tree-lined street in downtown Toronto's historical Cabbagetown. From here you are close to many of Toronto's major tourist attractions, the downtown business district and financial area, and hundreds of restaurants and clubs that offer a variety of dining and entertainment experiences for all tastes and budgets. At 312 Seaton, we welcome pleasure and business travelers with amenities designed to make each guest's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in the main floor dining room, unless otherwise arranged. During the week, we offer guests their choice of breakfasts, which can include your specific dietary restrictions, or let us know what you like, and that is what we shall prepare for you. If you can't decide, we are only too pleased to make suggestions based on your tastes. On weekends, from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m., we serve again, your choice of breakfast, however, we have a formal table setting on weekends, which includes fine china and linen. Please be sure to advise us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking. A variety of business-related services such as photocopying, faxing and use of a computer are available at a nominal fee. 312 Seaton is also ideal for hosting small business meetings or parties. |
Each of our four newly renovated and decorated guestrooms has TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, high speed Internet access, and coffee maker. Some rooms are VCR equipped, and a shared DVD player is available.
