• Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night's stay.
• We require a 50% deposit for group or multiple night reservations.
• The deposit is applied to the room charges and the balance is due upon arrival.
• Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund minus a $15 service fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
