• All reservations require a two night minimum stay with the exceptions of holidays, requiring a three night minimum stay.
• Check In time: 4 p.m. Or later (Unless per approved by Management/Zondra)
• Check Out time: 11 a.m. - (Please make sure all of your personal things are out of the cabin NO LATER then 10 a.m. so that we have time to clean the cabin and have it ready for our next scheduled guest arrival) Late departures need to be pre-arranged w/Zondra!
• One night's deposit required at the time reservations are made.
• Holiday weekend reservations require FULL PAYMENT.
• We accept Mastercard & Visa. Personal checks accepted for deposits only. (Checks must clear our bank at least 1 month prior to reservation dates.)
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, with a 30 day notice we will gladly transfer your reservations to another date. The new reservations dates must be within 6 months of the original reservation dates.
• NO SMOKING!! No exceptions to this rule! Violators your credit card will be charged $200.00 for the air filtering clean up!
• NO PETS of ANY kind allowed in cabins. (Not even in a cage) Violators your credit card will be charged $200.00 for the air filtering clean up!
• The cabins at the Reserve are all designed for Two Adult Guests Only, please
• If you enjoyed your stay and would like to book your next cabin stay with us before you leave, we will give you a VIP10% discount towards the cabin fees for that visit.
