We all know that innkeeping can be a moving experience, but Claudia and Bob Wright brought new meaning to the term in 1996, when these long-time innkeepers moved their bed and breakfast into a different building in a lovely part of town. Located at Maney Park, The Grandison now occupies a 1904 Victorian mansion with carved mahogany woodwork, a curved staircase, stained and leaded glass windows, and a spacious round front porch extending from a two-story corner bay.

The 7,000 square foot Grandison offers nine guest rooms, all with private baths, beautiful antiques, and "Grandison" amenities. Seven of the rooms have two-person Jacuzzis. Smoking areas are provided on the front porch and back deck.

Weekend breakfast is served on individual tables covered with crisp white linens in the dining room. Entrees include chef's choice of salsa eggs with ham and cheddar cheese; apple French toast with sausage links, or scrambled eggs mixed with browned potato bites and crumbled sausage, each accompanied by fresh fruit, homemade pastries, coffee and juice. Our weekday guests appreciate our $20 discount and enjoy a continental plus breakfast consisting of a variety of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, a large selection of pastries, three types of juices, two choices of milk, and fresh, hot coffee. All of this served in the 2nd floor Butler's Pantry early in the morning for people on the go. Main Parlor

Dining Room The Grandison has a main parlor, music parlor (pictured here) and a large dining room. The perfect place for weddings and receptions, retreats, meetings and conferences. Have your function catered by The Grandison's professional food service team or your favorite caterer.
