Policies
  • Great healthy 2-course, gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room. (included in the price)
  • Check-in 2 PM to 12 Midnight. Check out 11 AM.
  • Smoking: Only on front porch.
  • Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and Discover. Cash and personal checks also accepted.
  • There is a $20 p.p. charge for guests after the first two.
  • Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night's stay.
  • On some weekends we have a minimum two-night's stay.
  • Reservations cancelled more than (7) days before the scheduled arrival will be refunded the deposit minus a $75 cancelation fee. If the reservation is rebooked at the time of cancellation, the cancelation fee will be waived.
  • Reservations cancelled less than (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit a one night deposit. If the reservation is rebooked, a $75 rebooking fee applies.
  • No Shows: Will be charged the full value of their reservation.
  • Discounts do not apply to holidays.
  • Prices may be changed without notice.
  • Children on special occasions; No Pets, Pet boarding available within 2 miles of Manor.
