Orange Vermeer Mousse
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbsps Vermeer Chocolate Liqueur
1 Tbsp Orange juice
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Melt chocolate in Vermeer & orange juice over very low heat. While the chocolate is melting, blend egg yolks, eggs, vanilla and sugar for two minutes at medium high speed. Add cream then blend 30 seconds. Add chocolate mixture and blend until smooth. Pour into individual chocolate cups.
