    Guests check-in at the Arcadian Inn in Edmond to receive their key and map to the cottages. The cottages are situated in a gated location 10 miles north of Edmond and 2 miles south of Guthrie. There is no signage so as to protect our guests from the intrusion of passers-by. Aaron's Gate is currently 1 1/2 miles off paved roads, lending to that private country getaway atmosphere. Upon arriving at the Gate, you put in your code to a magical getaway and the gates opens onto a small meadow across from the Meadowlark Barn. Follow the gravel path through the woods to the Dove Cottage or Parrot's Cove.

    Payment:

    • Full payment by credit card only. Any reservation within the next 90 days is paid for in advance.
    • Cancellations or Changes to your reservation must be made 2 weeks in advance of your reserved arrival date. Cancellations before 2 weeks in advance will be charged a $15 per reserved night fee.
    • Cancellations made within two weeks of reserved date will not be refunded and date cannot be rescheduled. (Inclement weather will not cancel your reservation)

    Special Guidelines:

  • Aaron's Gate Country Getaway Cottages are for two adults only. Please honor our request that you invite no guests, children or pets.
  • All cottages are Smoke-Free. You may smoke on the screened porches. Ashtrays are provided.
  • Limousines will have to drop their parties off in the meadow by the gate. The Dove and Parrot are inaccessible to Limousines. It is a very short walk to the cottages from the meadow.
