Dining Room and Lobby

Original barn beams are visible throughout the barn, serving as beautiful accents in elegantly decorated rooms. Each room has its own air conditioning and heat controls. The balconies overlook a quiet pasture, animals, and Honey Run (a creek). The valley is surrounded on all sides by wooded areas. Renovation of the barn was professionally done with first-rate furnishings and it is maintained with impeccable care.

• Most rooms feature one queen bed, private bath, satellite TV, individual climate control, balcony & full breakfast. The VIP rooms are larger & include a sofa & whirlpool tub.
  
• Our four, new, finely appointed, west wing rooms feature two-person jacuzzis, heated tile floors, chandelier over the whirlpools, fireplaces, recliners & sofas.
  
• Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional adult is $20.00 per night. Please inquire before bringing children.
  
• Certain holiday periods will be charged weekend rates.

Policies 3:00-7:00 p.m. Check-In (Late arrivals may be scheduled) 11:00 a.m. Check-Out Time Credit card # is required to confirm reservations. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged (per room) for cancellation. Credit Cards will be charged 100% of room rate if cancellation is not made 10 days prior to arrival date unless room is resold. No pets. All of our rooms are SMOKE FREE. Absolutely no indoor smoking is permitted. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed in any common or public area of The Barn. Group rates are available Sunday through Thursday (Except September, October and major holiday periods). In summer season, groups booking entire Barn for weekend, must take both Friday and Saturday nights. Two night stays are required for Wednesday/Thursday Thanksgiving. The Inn at Honey Run, next door to us, very graciously welcomes The Barn Inn guests to dine at their restaurant. If you wish to dine there, please inquire when you make your lodging reservations with us. (Reservations are required for dining.)

All guest rooms open onto the rear balcony.
