RESERVATIONS:

• A deposit equal to 50% of the total rooms booked is required at time of booking for a one night stay. Two or more nights requires a deposit equal to a one nights stay.
• Cancellations: For any refund we require notification as follows:
  1 Room - 7 Days Notification
  2 Rooms - 14 Days Notification
  3 Rooms - 30 Days Notification
  4 Rooms - 60 Days Notification
  All Rooms - 90 Days Notification (requires non-refundable deposit)
  If we do not receive the minimum notification you will forfeit your entire deposit, regardless of whether or not the room is rebooked.
  
• All cancellations are charged a $20 per room fee, which will be taken out of your deposit amount. The remainder of your deposit will be returned to you as outlined under "Cancellations" above.
• Check-In: 4 - 6 p.m.; Check-out: 11 a.m.
• Acceptable forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard & Discover, Cash, Traveler's Checks, and Personal Checks with I.D. If you are using a Sarah's House Gift Certificate, please present the original certificate upon your arrival.
