| Puddin' Cake |
Mix together:
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup and 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
Crumbs:
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
Grease and flour cake pan. Pour in 1/2 of the batter then 1/2 of the crumb mixture. Pour in remaining batter with rest of crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. (Fast & easy no-mess with making frosting.)
