The Garden Room

The Garden Retreat
Get away from it all with a retreat to the tropics. The private entrance from the deck over looks the garden.
Amenities include private bath with shower, airconditioning, television/VCR, AM/FM clock radio and CD player, soda stocked refrigerator, hairdryer, Queen size bed, smoke detector. Smoking permitted outside on the deck.

Children: Children are welcome at the Patrick House (well behaved). We have a large selection of family-friendly movies available, as well as board games, puzzles and books. As with all guests, we ask that they be respectful of the home and other visitors. No childcare is provided.
Room Rates: Room Rates are based upon double occupancy. Additional guests can be added to the Peach & Common Rooms for $25 per person.
Taxes: Champaign County requires a Bed Tax of 6%
Closed: Closed Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Times: Check-in is between 3-6 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside that time frame, please call us. We often run errands from noon to 3. Check-out is 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Unlike most inns, we do not charge a deposit at the time you make a reservation; we simply require a credit card number to secure the room. If you cancel 3 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be held responsible for the entire reservation and issued a gift certificate for the number of days booked unless we are able to rebook the room. This policy may vary for groups, holidays and at certain times of the year. Early departures are considered the same as cancellations and are subject to the same terms.
Group/Whole-House reservations require a 50% deposit. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to scheduled reservation will result in forfeit of deposit.
Any behavior deemed illegal, illicit, destructive or otherwise uncouth by the innkeepers may result in ejection from the home and billing for full amount of stay. The Patrick House Bed & Breakfast strives to maintain a restful family atmosphere
