Inside The Orchard, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, cookware, tableware, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and even a toaster. A deck off the dining room provides a gas grill for cookouts. Kitchen

 		The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a walk-out private deck, and also offers a private bath with a tub/shower combination and whirlpool jets in the tub.

2 Additional Bedrooms are included Two other bedrooms are also offered to meet your family's needs. One room has a queen-size bed with a balcony overlooking the living area while the other room includes a double bed. A second bath is accessible to both of these bedrooms. 2 Additional Bedrooms are included

  • Rates are per night based on up to 6 people.
  • Each additional person is $15 per night plus 10% taxes.
  • A deposit of 1st night plus tax by check or credit card is needed to hold the reservation.
  • Check-in is 3 - 5 p.m. (we are flexible).
  • Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

    Enjoy a relaxing evening in the game-family room located in the basement, where you will find table games, Skittles, Boccerball, puzzles, books and a monitor with a VCR/DVD player. There is no T.V. hook-up.

    Please note that there are 3 levels of stairways. The main level of the guest house includes the kitchen, living room with fireplace, a 1/2 bath and the garage. The upper level has the bedrooms and two full baths.

    We also have 4 rollaway beds that can be used allowing us to accommodate up to 10 people. We rent our guest house as one unit, so you will have complete privacy.
