Overlooking the Sidecut Gilead Canal and the Maumee River, the Phoenix Roller Mill, decades ago a flour mill, is now the home of the historic Mill House Bed and Breakfast. The uniqueness of The Mill House combined with the beautiful river views make it a perfect setting for celebrating an anniversary, wedding night, or girl's night out.

Special Pricing for Pastors and spouses every day

A full home cooked breakfast is served each morning including Kathy's Soft Scones. The river is in view whether breakfast is served in the common room or on the patio. A private breakfast can also be arranged. Dietary restrictions are taken into consideration.

The Ruth Thomas This room is furnished with a queen sized bed and a single bed. Cable TV and DVD player. $100
The Garden Room This room has a private entrance and is furnished with a queen sized bed. There is a one person jetted tub. $130/$140
The Edward Howard Room The largest room, furnished with a king sized bed, a four season fireplace, as well as a sitting area. Cable TV and a DVD player. $110/$120
The Tee-Na-Beek Room This intimate room is furnished with a full size bed. Cable TV and DVD player. $80

Policies & Procedures
  • Check in: 4 - 9 PM. If this is not convenient, we will be glad to make other arrangements with advance notification.
  • Check out: 11 a.m. (Depending on arrival of other guests, we are very flexible on check in/out times.)
  • Reservations are usually made in advance and need to be held with a $50 deposit.
  • A 7 day cancellation notice is required for a refund.
  • For a full house (rental of entire inn) cancellation, a 30 day notice is required for a refund.
  • Our method of payment is by cash, check, or MasterCard and Visa.
  • No Smoking.
  • No pets allowed.
  • We do not encourage children under 12.
