Martindell Room

The Martindell Room is furnished with a Queen size bed, a loveseat, a 19th Century trunk and a flat screen TV with DVD and Stereo alarm clock radio with am/fm/cd. The Wallace Room is reminiscent of a time in history when the pace was slower and more relaxed. The antique Cherry bed partners with a Martha Washington chair and a Biscuit front dresser. McChesney Room

The McChesney Room offers a haven at the end of a busy trip. The soothing colors of Beige and Rose lend to the quieting atmosphere. The room is furnished with a Queen size bed, a Crewel Wing back chair and a Walnut Dresser. Relax with a good book or to the video of your choice. Reservations By Phone: 9 AM to 9 PM ~ Online: Anytime. Food Policy: Food and drinks are not permitted in the guest rooms.(dining room and kitchen are always open). Check in/out: CHECK IN: 4 PM to 7 PM. EARLY CHECK IN AND ADDITIONAL FEE(1:30PM-3:00PM). If you request early check in when you make your reservation and the inn is able to accommodate your request, your room will be guaranteed by 1:30 p.m. and a staff member will greet you upon your arrival. An Early Check In fee of $40 plus tax is taken for a maximum of two guests arriving early. There are no refunds of the early check in fee regardless of the time you actually arrive or with less than fourteen(14) days notice prior to your arrival date. We are not able to grant early check in to more than one room. LATER CHECK IN time may be arranged with advance notice. CHECK OUT: 11 AM. Payment: Upon arrival payment is due in full. By Cash, Visa,Master Card, Discover. Rates: Corporate and extended stay rates are available. Smoking Policy: Maplevale Farm Bed and Breakfast is a Non-Smoking Establishment. Extra person in Room: $35 per night. Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets. Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcome. WEEK END POLICY: Maplevale Farm requires a two night stay on a week end stay. Example: Check in Friday must stay two nights. Check in Saturday must stay two nights. Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size and as most of our guests reserve our rooms quite some time in advance, cancellations affect us significantly and we have non-recoverable expenses. That is why we have a very strong cancellation policy. We have a $40 administration fee (per room) for all cancellations. You must cancel 14 days prior to your reservation date and 30 days prior to Miami Parents weekend, Graduation weekend or Football weekends. Your credit card will be run on reservation date, for full amount of your reservation, if you fail to do so. The total nights required to meet minimum stays are billed as one unit and the full charge for the reservation will be made if the room(s) are not re-rented or even if the stay is shortened, before or during your stay. If we are able to re-rent your room reservation we will not charge your credit card except for the administration fee. If you do have to cancel your reservation we only accept cancellations by EMAIL. We reg ret having to ENFORCE this policy. Graduation/Family Weekend Policy: Guests that have stayed with us will be inserted into our Graduation/Family Weekend Database. We will email you when we open these dates and the first to respond will be staying at Maplevale Farm Bed and Breakfast. If you have not stayed with us please do so and you will be available for the important events.
