Jake "N" Ivy's Bed & Breakfast offers quiet and peaceful accommodations during your getaway. Innkeepers Jacob and Iva Miller, natives of the area, can help you plan your sightseeing, dining and shopping adventures. In the evening they welcome you to gather on their large deck to enjoy the afternoon breeze and relax while overlooking the scenic view of Holmes County.

Jake "N" Ivy's guest rooms all have their own private entrance. Each room has a private bath,
queen-size bed, air conditioning and a table and chairs for writing and planning your next day's events.

Rates and Policies
  • Rates per night: $60
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Room rates are based on double occupancy, with a single rate of $15 less per night.
  • $10 per additional person.
  • Your room rate includes a continental breakfast of homemade baked goods, juices, milk, cereal, coffee, etc. which you may enjoy at the time you prefer.
  • You may pay with personal checks, travelers' checks, or cash.
  • Our check-in time is 3 pm and our check-out time is by 10:30am
  • If your plans include a late arrival, please inform us, at (330) 893-3215
  • A deposit of $20 is required to hold your reservation.
  • The balance is due when you check in.
  • We are open year 'round.
  • For the comfort of all our guests we request no smoking or pets.
