Introduction
Are you looking for an escape from the city? Do you wish noise and stress would just stop? Look no further than The Cabin Bed and Breakfast at Glenking Tree Farm! Located in northern Carroll County, Ohio, about two miles southeast of Minerva, this 1000 square foot log cabin was built by the King Family in 1980 and can be yours for a week or a weekend.
Fishing for bass and bluegill in the 3/4 acre pond is great fun for kids.
There are two bedrooms (one each with a Queen-size bed and a full-size double) and one bathroom. There is a loft with mattresses on the floor for children. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Cook dinner on the gas grill or in the kitchen if you wish.
Consider using Glenking B & B as a place to hold small (10 people) day retreats and conferences. It also makes a great place for a budget wedding, because the honeymoon place is right there!

OFF SEASON (DEC. 1 - MAR.15) - $90/ NIGHT weekends; $80 WEEKDAYS (2 GUESTS); WEEKLY RATE = $525
PEAK SEASON (MARCH 15 - NOV. 30) - $100/ NIGHT weekends; $90 WEEKDAYS (2 GUESTS); WEEKLY RATE = $585
Surcharge for for more than two people - $15/ PERSON/NIGHT
WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS REQUIRE A 2 NIGHT STAY.
Check in time is from 2:00 to 6:00 PM, but we are flexible on this. Please let us know approximately when you will arrive. If we have an evening commit-ment and you will be late, we will leave the cabin unlocked with a note. Check out time is 11 AM.
Smoking is permitted only on the cabin porch. Not in the cabin or in the woods for obvious reasons.
Payment: Personal checks and credit cards are acceptable. You may hold your reservation with a major credit card. If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks or more in advance of your reservation date there is a $25 penalty. If you cancel less than 2 weeks ahead, the full amount is charged because it is nearly impossible to fill the cabin with such short notice. A reservation made within two weeks of the date must be paid for in full.
Alcohol is not served, but you are welcome to bring your own. Video and CD players are furnished as are some tapes and CDs, so if you have favorites you are welcome to bring them with you.
We have a loft that will sleep up to 3 children, but access is by steep steps. We must limit the
total number of guests to six.
We are proud to say we recycle at Glenking and will expect you to sort cans and glass into appropriate containers and to refrain from using disposible dishes and use the ones furnished. An additional fee may be charged to cover excess refuse disposal."If it recycles, we recycle it".
If you need to make special arrangements, please let us know and we will try our best to meet your request. Because of the nature of the cabin and the trails, we must consider this a NON--HANDICAPPED facility.
