• 5th - Wooster's Bicentennial Parade - The City of Wooster throws itself a birthday party, complete with a Grand Parade through its historic downtown. The parade steps off at noon from the Wayne County Fairgrounds, a reviewing stand will be set up at Market and Liberty streets on the north side of Public Square.
