Welcome to Arthur Morgan House Bed & Breakfast!
You'll sleep soundly in one of six comfortable rooms, each with a private bath. In the morning you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast, prepared to order with pure organically grown ingredients including locally roasted coffee, freshly made scones, free-range eggs, and more. - it is up-to-date, safe, quick and can be done at any time of the day.

Each room has either a comfortable king, queen or two single beds, all made up with luxurious 800-count linens. All rooms are air-conditioned in summer and have beautifully finished oak floors. The living room has a fireplace and comfortable couches, and is decorated with crafts from southern Africa, many of them for sale. There are games, puzzles, books, CDs, and DVDs for your entertainment. Free wireless internet is available throughout the house.

Policies
  • Check Out 11 AM / Check In 3 PM.
  • Credit Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Also checks and cash are accepted.
  • Deposit policy: 50% of the pretax cost of one night's stay guarantees the room.
  • Your deposit, less $10 fee, is refundable if you must cancel or change your reservation more than two weeks before the date of your arrival.
  • If you cancel or change your reservation less than 48 hours before check-in, the entire amount will become due unless the room is booked by someone else.
  • Weekend stay: A two-night stay is required; this policy is suspended on Monday before the specified weekend if rooms are available.
  • Inquire about: Discount for single occupancy; Additional cost for additional person in room; Government/corporate rate.
  • Tax: Ohio sales tax of 7% and Greene County bed tax of 3%, for a total of 10% tax on the total, is added when balance is paid.
  • No smoking anywhere inside, but you are welcome to smoke on the screened porch.
  • Pets are permitted only in special circumstances, and usually as day visitors only.
