Stunning sunsets over Lake Erie are steps away along with the Lorain's Historic Lighthouse, sailing, marinas, beaches, dining, riverside concerts and Farmer's Market nearby. The Inn, located on beautiful East Erie Avenue which runs along the coast of Lake Erie, is an Ohio Designated Byway, where cyclist, walkers and runners frequently pass by.

All of our guest rooms have queen or king beds, private baths, cable television, wireless internet, deluxe linens and a unique experience. Come and encounter the four seasons in Northern Ohio along with a whirlpool, king featherbed, 14 foot pealed ceiling and of course Lake Erie with boating, sailing, kayaking and dinner overlooking the lake.

Located on the second floor, this large 15 x 17 suite features three windows that set the room's ambiance as airy and fresh. The color pallet reflects earth tones that offer comfort and relaxation. The private 12 x 12 attached bath presents a whirlpool and separate shower.

A fireplace gives radiance to this richly appointed 16 x 17 foot room. Jordan's Garden features a king size featherbed, 14 foot peaked ceiling and private bath with shower. The floral crystal chandeliers set the room aglow accenting the vintage quilt that gives a warm and romantic welcome.

This suite is located on the first floor and has a private entrance and attached bath. The queen size plush top mattress is dressed with luxurious bed linens. Through the double pocket doors you can enter the living room and relax by the fireplace or through the private entrance you can enjoy the breezes off Lake Erie on the courtyard.

This quaint New Orleans style room has a queen black wrought iron pillow-top bed under a gold sculptured canopy, a gold tin faux ceiling, rocking chair and desk. The private bath with shower is directly across the hall and reflects the wine, gold and cream colors of the sleeping quarters.

• A Three Course Homemade Breakfast is included with the room rate. Breakfast is served in the Breakfast Room at 9 AM daily. Special arrangements may be made for breakfast at an earlier time.
• Wireless Internet and onsite private parking is included.
• Check in time is 3 - 5 P.M. Check out time is 11AM. Late check in and check out may be available upon request.
• The double occupancy rate is between $89 and $119. The rate for each additional person is $15 (including children).
• The rate for each additional person, breakfast only is $10.
• All occupancy rates are subject to change.
• Accepted forms of payment include: cash, personal check, Traveler's Check, MasterCard and Visa. State and local taxes may apply.
• We do honor AAA and Senior Citizen with a two night minimum and Military discount anytime.
• A minimum stay is required for Holiday weekends (2-night minimum).
• We have a small dog living in the Inn. Please let us know of any allergies at the time of reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guest pets.
• Children are welcome. Onsight childcare is not provided.
• The staff of Arbor Lights is happy to make special arrangements on your behalf including dinner reservations, flowers, birthday cake, etc. Please let me know how to assist you.
• Deposit amount required - A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. Check deposits are accepted if reservation is made at least one month in advance. Credit card deposits confirm immediately.
• Cancellations - Due to the limited number of rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 8 days (1-month for holidays/special events) in advance of the scheduled arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. All cancellations and reservation date changes may be subject to a $20 handling charge regardless of the date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for the full amount for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date if the cancellation occurs less than twenty-four hours before the reservation.
