Introduction
Welcome to 1511 Clairmont Bed & Breakfast off Interstates 70 and 77. Our fully renovated 1915 guest house opened just last year in 2008.
What's special about our location (aside from the beauty of the hills and woods of the area) is our proximity to 2 culturally unique attractions:
Amish Country Ohio is just 40 minutes North, and
North America's largest Conservation Education Center 'the Wilds' is just 30 minutes Southwest.
The owner/innkeeper of this B&B is Julie Fox a professional stained glass artist originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. Julie has adorned the B&B with stained and beveled glass windows she designed and built. Julie now works part-time at 'the Wilds' and loves the feeling of being part of something bigger than herself. She's also organizing a Stained Glass Tour of Cambridge, OH, which we hope to offer in the Summer of 2009.
We've designed a loop which takes you to both of these fun, fascinating, and unique experiences which, we feel, will open your hearts and minds in new ways.
All of our rooms feature Cable TV, A/C, and Wireless Internet. Our Dining Room features a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot & cold water, plates, cups, bowls, glasses, silverware, and a cork screw. Our Deluxe Suite
Spacious 2-room Suite with a Queen-sized bed and an Adjoining Lounge with 2 Loveseat sleepers, Coffee Maker, and a large Private Bathroom with a step-up tub and separate shower. The Deluxe Suite sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably and comes with Full Breakfast Service. Price $119 Sunday through Thursday nights and $149 on Friday and Saturday nights.
Our Garden View Room
Nice, spacious room with Queen sized-bed and Private Bathroom with Shower. Enjoy use of the adjoining Semi-Private Living Room. The Garden View Room sleeps up to 2 guests and comes with Full Breakfast Service. Please note: This room is available only when the Deluxe Suite is already reserved. Price $119 Sunday through Thursday and $149 Friday and Saturday nights.
Our Economy Twin Beds Room
Lovely, smaller room with Antique Twin bed and Loveseat Sleeper. The bathroom is accessed from the hallway. The Economy room sleeps 2 guests. Breakfast service is not included, but you are welcome to enjoy a self-serve breakfast in our lovely dining room and help yourself to a nice variety of oatmeal, bagels & cream cheese, granola bars, coffee, teas, and yogurt. All this for just $49 any night.
Our Economy Queen Bed Room
Super-comfy room with Queen sized bed and writing desk. The bathroom is accessed from the hallway. This room sleeps 2 guests. Breakfast service is not included, but you are welcome to enjoy a self-serve breakfast in our lovely dining room and help yourself to a nice variety of oatmeal, bagels & cream cheese, granola bars, coffee, teas, and yogurt. Just $59 any night.
Our Economy Family or Small Group Package
