 High Falls, New York Bed and Breakfast: Whispering Pines Bed and Breakfast, with its deep front porch and grassy yard, is surrounded on all sides by the luminous quiet of the woods. Relax in front of the fire in the fall as you gaze through the living room's glass wall into the undisturbed woods. Breakfast in summer on the front porch. Watch for the visiting wildlife, families of deer, flocks of wild turkey, hawks, osprey, and the shy possums.

Cherry Wood Room
Stunning cherry floors are highlighted by matching wooden blinds, antique furniture and sumptuous bedding. Flooded with sunlight all day. Starlight Room Starlight Room
Fall asleep under the stars as you gaze out your very own skylight into the Milky Way. Plush carpeting is offset by floor-to-ceiling knotty pine. Forest green bedding is accented with antique lace. Private bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub under your skylight. Queen-sized bed, VCR and videotape library and air conditioning.

Forest Room
Named for the woods and wildlife you see through its Southwest window. Vaulted ceiling. Beautifully decorated in Wheat pattern with rich, forest green carpeting and antique furniture. Pine Room
Our newest room features wide pine plank floors, a big bay window and private bathroom with a large shower. Queen-sized bed with designer bedding, VCR and videotape library and air conditioning.

Rates:

Our room rates range from $110 a night to $169 a night, depending on the room, the date, and the length of stay. Please go to Availability to find the exact price.

All rates include a full breakfast buffet on weekends and a continental breakfast buffet on weekdays; our movie video & DVD library; and complimentary spa robes and slippers for use with our outdoor spa on the deck.

  • Special Discounts:
    • SPECIAL 7-NIGHT VACATION PACKAGE: 3 nights full price; 4 nights half price. Call for details.
    • Stay two nights, third night 50% off! (Specific rooms and weekends only. Sorry, holidays not included. Please call for details.)

    Policies:

    • All guest are required to relax and have a great time.
    • Check in at 3 pm; check out at 12 noon.
    • Prices include a full breakfast buffet on weekends and holidays, and a continental breakfast on weekdays.
    • Price does not include NY State tax.
    • We love kids. Children aged 6 and over are welcome. (We can accept babies and toddlers only when you rent all of our rooms.)
    • Prices for all rooms are for double occupancy. Each additional person in a room is an additional $20 per night. Extra beds available.
    • Cancellation required 14 days in advance of your reservation in order to refund your 50% deposit in full. We will refund a late cancellation deposit in full if we can rent the room to other guests.
    • No-show is charged 100% of room fee.
    • Sorry, no pets. Dog boarding in friendly home nearby.
