Relax in casual elegance in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country Region. Wagener Estate Bed & Breakfast is a gracefully restored Historic Registered home that was built in 1794, sits on five secluded park like acres. This 200 year old homestead was once the home of Abraham Wagener the founder of the Village of Penn Yan, the village in which it is located, and is listed as one of the top 100 Best Small Towns in America. We are on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and, a short distance to Seneca Lake and it countless wineries. The Keuka Lake outlet hiking & biking trail is directly across the street from the B&B, and close to many other trails. Bring your bikes & kayaks, or rent one of ours. We are a short walk to Keuka Lake, lakeside beaches, and village shops, and restaurants. Wagener Estate B&B is centrally located between New York city & Niagara Falls. We are close to Keuka Collage, and Hobart & William Smith collage, an easy drive from Rochester International, Syracuse Hancock, and Elmira-Corning Regional airports. During your stay you can enjoy the quiet tranquility as you rest on an Adirondack chair in our historic apple orchard, or on the wicker furnished veranda. • Niagara room: This elegantly spacious North east corner room is the largest of the guest rooms and the original master bedroom, has high vaulted ceilings, two large side windows, perfect for day-dreaming while peering through to our historic apple orchard. This richly decorated room has a high cherry queen size four poster Empire bed, with luxurious bedding and a heavenly pillow top mattress, perfect for catching up on some well deserved rest. This romantic room also has a comfortable sitting area which includes two wing back chairs, an antique day bed. Private in room bath with shower, ceiling fan, TV/VCR/CD player/AC, wireless access.

• Seyval Suite: The soothing Seyval Suite is two uniquely comfortable rooms adjoined by antique pocket doors, and has a plush country queen size bed on one side and the other room can be enjoyed as a spacious sitting area. The sitting room features two reading chairs along with a period day bed. The relaxing Seyval Suite has a mix of pastel colors and country shutters to accent its refinished original pine floorboards. Private in room bath with shower, TV/VCR/AC, wireless access.

• Delaware room: The private Delaware room has stairs that lead to it's own outside entrance and private deck. It host high vaulted ceilings, a lovely queen-size cherry four poster bed, a comfortable wicker sitting area, and café table for two. This cottage style room has a TV/VCE/CD player /AC, private in room bath with shower. Wireless access.

• Aurore room: The pleasant Aurore room is shaded by our majestic white pines, has a comfortable queen-size cherry bed and a sofa sitting area. The very spacious Aurora room has a walk in closet, white country shutters to accent its refinished pine floor boards. Private in room bath with shower/TV/VCR/AC.wireless access.

• Catawba room: The quaint Catawba room is furnished in country pine furnishings, includes a comfortable queen-size bed, reading chair and floor lamp, and has a roomy private in room bath which includes a separate tub and shower, TV/VCR/AC/wireless access.
