- Central air and ceiling fans as well Private B&B living room area with TV, books, games, and french doors leading to a private patio & yard
- 2nd floor tasting area complete with complimentary samplings of the B&B's very own vintages
- Refrigerator stocked with spring water & soft drinks
- Lower level with exercise room (Biodyne equipment) & billiard room complete with professional size pool table
- Massage services available
- Awakening to the smell of fresh roasted coffee, followed by a 3-4 course "sit down" style (no buffets here) gourmet breakfast, often with Italian flare, served each morning in our main dining room or al fresco
- The tranquility of being off the busy main road where all you'll hear are roosters "roosting" in the distance

- Rates vary by season: $245 to $295 (+ tax).
- All rooms are double occupancy & will be held until 6PM unless prior arrangements are made.
- All stays are reserved by 50% deposit at time of reservation via credit card; balance payable in cash upon arrival.
- Cancellations will receive a credit toward a future stay minus $25/room processing fee. No refund on early departures. As we have just 3 guest rooms, a 50% non-refundable deposit applies to wedding parties and/or all individuals reserving multiple guest rooms, with 30 day cancellation notice or balance due will be charged. Same applies to ALL holiday weekend reservations. "Short notice cancellations" (made within only 72 hours notice of stay) will be charged full rates.
- Weddings/private parties reserving all 3 rooms require full payment in advance and 30 day cancellation notice shall apply.
- Well behaved children are welcome with a small additional charge to cover meals, linens & extra towels, unless an additional room is required.
- Regretfully we cannot accommodate pets
- No smoking please, except outside
- Gift certificates are also available and make a wonderfully unique surprise for that someone or something special!
