Your Home Away From Home in Staten Island, New York

Guests will enjoy the Victorian charm and sophisticated, but casual elegance. The rooms are fully equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, cable TV, high-speed internet and WiFi. Some rooms are equipped with fireplaces and all rooms have air conditioning units. The rooms are equipped with a queen size bed, as well as a sleeper sofabed, bedding and linens. The Villa is Pet Friendly and provides Continental Breakfast.

Spacious Guest Bedroom The Villa is located in Historic St. George Village. The 10-minute walk through the quiet, safe Victorian neighborhood brings you to the famous "free" Staten Island Ferry! Manhattan is just a 20-25 minute ferry trip away. The free ferry (#1 tourist attraction in the city!) provides the most spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty and skyline and runs 24/7 every 30 minutes (15-20 minutes during rush hour). Local shops, bakery, good restaurants, offer all the amenities of your stay. Free, ample and safe on-street parking at the Villa entrance. Use of BBQ patios and formal gardens, with considerable privacy for NYC along with easy access.
