Introduction
We are a bed & breakfast dedicated to sustainable living. What does that mean? Well, our project is just beginning, but our goal is to provide a comfortable, beautiful space for our guests while employing practices that minimize our footprint on the land. We grow as much of our own food as possible using organic practices, and focus on acquiring what else we need responsibly.

Just 90 miles north of New York City, Woodstock is a dynamic town and the perfect base from which to explore the Catskill Mountains and Hudson Valley region. TreeGap offers both a lovely, private country setting as well as proximity to area attractions. But then, with our sixteen acres of gardens, woods, and meadows, you may never leave your private porch...

We are unique in that we have only one guest residence, assuring a singular, peaceful stay. Distinctively decorated in Adirondack style, our 20'x20' master suite features its own entrance off the garden, spacious bathroom, separate dressing room, and two private porches, one with an outdoor shower.
An extensive continental breakfast with homemade baked goods, handmade yogurt, smoked fish, cheeses, cereal and fresh fruit is served to your suite daily. On Sundays, we offer a full breakfast tailored to your tastes. We will happily accommodate any dietary needs or special requests. Just let us know. Other room amenities include satellite HDTV/DVD player, wireless internet, air conditioning and refrigerator.

Rates & Guest Information
  • Open year round.
  • Rates: $225/night May - November & holidays. $185/night December - April
  • Plus 10% state+county sales tax. Please inquire about weekly rates.
  • There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends, and three nights over holidays.
  • We require a one night deposit by credit card.
  • Please note that a less than one week cancellation notice will result in a loss of your deposit.
  • We unfortunately do not allow pets, but do ask us about local pet care. Allergy sufferers should note that we do have a dog in the house.
  • Smoking is permitted outside only.
