Trail's End Inn ... a romantic 1902 Adirondack lodge nestled in New York's Keene Valley amid soaring mountain peaks. This rustic, romantic, and secluded bed & breakfast inn is ideally located for all season activities.

Character and ambiance describe this 1902 Adirondack Camp, with wide board pine floors, brick fireplaces, spacious guest rooms, sleeping porches, clawfoot bathtubs and plenty of common areas for guest comfort. The atmosphere at Trails End is casual and leisurely in keeping with the nature of a true "country inn." Our staff is dedicated to providing personal service in a warm and relaxed environment.

Our main lodge houses ten spacious guest rooms and two suites decorated with antiques and reproductions. Guest rooms are all different and accommodate two to five people. Some rooms have a fireplace, clawfoot tub, or sleeping porch. Three deluxe rooms with fireplace and two-person whirlpool tub have recently added.

Three two-bedroom cottages are available complete with kitchen, fireplace, telephone, TV/VCR, CD player, laundry, and private porch - perfect for a romantic evening or a family gathering.

Lodging in the main inn includes a full breakfast each morning on our sunny breakfast porch.

SKI... miles of trails through woods and fields or travel twenty minutes to ski groomed Olympic trails at Lake Placid. Downhill skiers can enjoy Whiteface Mountain's longest vertical drop in the East, located only twenty minutes away.

Winter Activities ... Hockey games, ski jumping, figure skating, bobsledding, Luge runs, Alpine and Nordic skiing, ice skating, ice climbing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, tour Lake Placid, or visit the 1980 Winter Olympic Site.

HIKE...from our back door and follow hundreds of miles of marked wilderness trails.

Summer Activities ... Hiking, canoeing, fishing, whitewater, bicycling, horseback riding, golf, tennis, swimming, bird watching, rock climbing, and more.

Trail lunches, which include a sandwich, fresh fruit, drink, and 2 snacks, are $8 each.

Trail's End is perfect for weddings, receptions, retreats, business meetings, and other group events. Flexible arrangements with lodging and meals are available for groups up to forty people. Outside events can be accommodated up to one hundred people depending on your requirements. Please call for group package plans and detailed information.
