Directions to property: I-87 NY Thruway exit 19 Kingston after tollbooth roundabout (traffic circle), exit Washington Avenue (2nd) next Traffic light take a right into Hurley Avenue, 2nd left into Coffey 1st right into Howland, 1st left into Fairview look for intersection of Stickles Ave on your left after intersection you'll see two small white houses (No 120 and 118) take next driveway before you see the next houses. Watch for huge pinetrees.
