Three Oaks Bed & Breakfast - Open All Year Round - Located in the Hudson River Valley - in what can best be described as a quiet neighborhood. The B&B is on 2 landscaped acres, minutes to walk to Kingston's Uptown Stockade District in a residential area. This unique large Colonial structure was built in 1905, opened for business in 2001, restored/remodeled in 2000. Parking is available (off street parking).

Two bedroom suite with private entrance. Hardwood floors throughout - beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Includes private family room with cable TV and fully equipped kitchen. Rent a bedroom or rent the complete suite for spacious privacy - especially nice for couples who want to be alone, but not confined or for families with children. Recently renovated, with new bathroom and kitchen. Rates between $110 and $250. We also offer a short term furnished rental suite with living room, kitchen and private bath and private entrance, depending on occupancy and season. Ask for a quote on weekly and monthly rates. An extended continental breakfast is included in room rate. Full breakfast available on weekends and holidays by special request. Two night stay required on weekends May-Oct. We are flexible enough to take guests for one night on Friday and Saturday evenings when there is last minute availability. ( Please inquire by telephone.)
