Introduction

Spruce Lodge was built almost one hundred years ago in the Arts and Crafts style with a wide wraparound porch and large airy rooms.

Situated in a the village of Jamesport on the North Fork of Long Island, we are close to the many vineyards that the area is famous for and within walking distance of the beach.

  • Visit the new state of the art Atlantis Aquarium in nearby Riverhead or rent a kayak and discover the Peconic River.
  • Stroll to Jamesport Village and browse through the antique stores or lie on the nearby beach and just enjoy the beautiful view of Peconic Bay.
  • Take a tour of the many vineyards that are close by and leave the driving to someone else, arrangements for the winery tours can be made in advance.
  • If you love to shop, you'll appreciate being within reach of the famous Tanger Outlet Mall.

Spruce Lodge has two guest rooms furnished throughout with antique furniture. Both rooms have queen size beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The rooms are on the second floor with semi-private bath.

We serve a full breakfast including fruits, homemade muffins and breads, family favorites and old family recipes.

Rates and Policies
  • $140 per room per night
  • Two night minimum stay on weekends
  • A 50% deposit is required for all stays, refundable to within seven days with a 25% cancellation fee.
  • We welcome cash or checks but do not accept credit cards.
  • Check-in is 3-8 p.m. (later by arrangement)
  • Check-out is 11 a.m.
  • We are a non smoking Inn, although guests are welcome to smoke on the patio.
